If you are planning on coaching a team this year, please make every effort to attend this meeting as we plan on hitting the ground running. There has been a lot of interest from new teams in the off season, so we are hoping for a full roster of teams this year. Myself and the other officers encourage team members who are not coaches to attend as well as all input is appreciated and heard.
Tentative topics of discussion will include: Lifesteps Tournament, Summer Season start date, future meeting dates, elections, financial report, reports from winter meetings, report from the bat committee, etc.
Also, please pass this email on to anyone who may not be on the list or anyone who would like to be added to the list. If you no longer wish to receive emails regarding league matters please reply to this email stating that.
It is very important that each team try to be represented at this meeting as there will be some important information and updates to pass along. Thank you again and we look forward to seeing everyone there!
